Refund Policy

Our mission is to listen and understand the current and future needs of you and your business, and to recommend the best solutions to satisfy those needs. Whether processing with us or through another processor, you can be confident that we are committed to your excellence. Our alliance with you is your guarantee that we can satisfy all of your processing needs.  

You are not required to process with us in order to purchase equipment.  We can provide merchant services if needed and we can provide free evaluations of your current processing costs.  Our merchant services can be tailored to your specific industry needs and can expand with the growing needs of your company.

OUR EQUIPMENT POLICY:

All equipment is guaranteed to work upon arrival and backed by a 1 year warranty.  All equipment new and refurbished is the most recent versions unless otherwise stated. We receive new shipments of terminals, peripherals, and supplies every day. Therefore, all equipment complies with current regulations.  We do not sell outdated equipment.

Brand New Equipment:
All processing equipment is new unless specifically marked as refurbished, and comes with power cords, phone cords, overlays and manuals provided by the manufacturer. 

Refurbished Equipment:
Refurbished equipment is used equipment that has been re-manufactured to meet its original specifications and comes with power cords, phone cords and paper.  Manuals and overlays are not provided with refurbished equipment.  Refurbished terminals are refurbished under strict manufacturer's specifications. There is no difference in appearance or operation between new and refurbished equipment.  We do not resell returned equipment as “new” even if it is in flawless condition.  All refurbished equipment comes with a full 1 year warranty from the date you purchase it and is guaranteed to work. 

RESELLING PROGRAM:

We offer a reselling program and can drop ship to you or your merchants.  Additionally, we can offer volume discounts and welcome purchases from other service providers and outside sales agents.

OUR SHIPPING POLICY:

Our equipment is shipped FREE via FEDEX ground unless UPS ground or expedited shipping is selected, which can be purchased for additional fees. Orders ship Monday through Friday, and most orders are shipped the same day if the order is place before 2:00 PM PST.  Please call us at 866-441-6670   or email us at sales@merchantallinace.net if you have any questions involving our shipping rates or policy. 

EQUIPMENT REFUND AND RETURN POLICY:

All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) or a Repair Order number (RO#). Packages without an RMA# or RO# will not be accepted. The RMA# and RO# enables us to coordinate your return with the receiving, technical and customer service departments to get the fastest response to your needs. RMA# and RO# requests are made by calling 1-866-441-6670 or via email at sales@merchantallinace.net.  Refunds or exchanges will not be issued unless the equipment is returned with the original packaging, in as-new condition, with the original packing slip, all warranty cards, manuals and accessories.

Defective Equipment:

We offer a 30 day guarantee that protects you from defective equipment. If your equipment does not operate as designed, contact us immediately. We will provide you with a RMA# and a return shipping call tag to return the equipment to us.  Equipment retuned without this number cannot be accepted.  Returned items must be in original packaging, in as-new condition, with the original packing slip, all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. We will exchange the defective equipment for the same equipment at no cost to you. You must contact us within 30 days of the invoice date of your purchase to make a defective equipment claim.  After 30 days the equipment will be repaired and returned to you.

Wrong Item Return:

If you are not sure that the item of equipment you are ordering is the correct product to support your processing needs please contact us TOLL FREE at 866-441-6640 for assistance.  We cannot resell equipment as new once it leaves our facility.  Returned equipment must be tested and resold as refurbished only.  Equipment that is returned for exchange within 7 days of purchase is subject to a 15% restocking fee.  Equipment that is returned for exchange after 7 days is subject to a 30% restocking fee.  Equipment cannot be returned for exchange after 30 days.  If you return a product to us for exchange, we will apply the original purchase price, minus shipping charges, and any applicable restocking fees to the purchase of the next item. 

Money Back Refunds:

Non-defective equipment must be returned within 7 days of receiving the equipment. Non-defective returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee since we cannot resell that equipment as new. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and handling unless an error was made on our part. We will process your return as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 20 business days for your return to be processed and your card to be credited once your return has arrived. Returns are normally completed much faster than this, but we must verify each unit for completeness and validate its condition before we issue a credit.   Non-defective returns must be in original packaging, in as-new condition, with the original packing slip, all warranty cards, manuals and accessories.

SOFTWARE REFUND and RETURN POLICY:

All software sales and additional user license sales are final.  Software cannot be returned or exchanged after shipped.  If you are unsure of the type of software that is needed please call us Toll Free at 866-441-6670. 

FRAUDULENT ORDERS AND ATTEMPTS:

For all orders attempted or placed through our company we log the IP as well as any and all information submitted to us electronically. We will attempt to investigate and prosecute any order that is deemed fraudulent, and we will report all fraudulent attempts, whether successful or not to the FBI, Secret Service, and other known fraud investigating agencies. We do not tolerate Credit Card Fraud.

We are not responsible for informational errors, pricing mistakes or other errors, and in the event of an error, we reserve the right to cancel, void, refund, and/or credit a purchaser as necessary.
